The Malaysia My Second Home program (commonly abbreviated "MM2H") is an international residency scheme enacted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners to live in the country on a long-stay visa of up to 10 years. To qualify for the program, applicants must meet certain financial and medical criteria. Successful applicants are then entitled to enter and leave the country on a largely unrestricted basis, and also benefit from other incentives aimed at making their stay in Malaysia more convenient.

PUSPAL ~ Entertainment Programme Management

Activities in the local film bussiness require government licensing and the products subject to censorship before public release. A foreign production company wishing to film in Malaysia also requires a permit and subjected to government rules and regulations. To facilitate foreign film producers a special one stop center agency known as PUSPAL was set up. PUSPAL is the acronym for Central Agency for Application of Filming and performance by Foreign Artistes, which is under the Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture (it's Malay abbreviation, KPKK). PUSPAL's main function is to coordinate and consider all applications for filming and performance by foreign artistes and simplify the procedures.

PLKS (Pass Lawatan Khas Sementara) which issued by immigration department in final part of legalisation process. It is a stiker stating where the worker work, to which company the worker attached to and in which sector the worker allowed to work.
